Digital Goods/Online Courses
A written request sent to Student Services (email@example.com) is required.
- We offer a refund* minus any admin fee within the first five (5) days of enrollment (from date of payment) if you are not completely satisfied with the course. If this period has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but we can offer a course transfer.
*To be eligible for a refund, student must NOT have accessed the course notes in the case of online delivery; And in the case of hard-copy, disc or email attachment, have not been sent from CS office. Several types of goods are exempted from being refunded such as e-books, printed notes, free courses, and short courses for which tutoring is not supplied.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): e.g. if a student has submitted more than one assignment but has extenuating circumstances.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once you have requested a refund or course transfer, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also be informing you of the approval or rejection of your request within 5 business days. If your request gets approved, the assessed refund will be returned to your original payment method, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received the refund after 14 business days from date of receiving a confirmation email from us, please check with your bank or credit card company first. It may take some time before the amount gets reflected on your account, depending on the bank’s processing time.

If applicable, you will be responsible in paying for your own shipping costs in returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
